Refund Policy

Last day for full refund:
The last day for a full refund is 7 business days after classes start. 

Summer/8 week classes:
The last day for refund of Summer/8 week classes are 4 business days after classes start. 

Energy classses:
Textbooks must be returned by close of business the day the class starts.

Original receipt must accompany all exchanges and returns.

Books wrapped in plastic may not be returned if unwrapped.

Defective books replaced at no charge to students.

Cash and check purchases will be credited to the students account. Credit card purchases will be credited to the respective credit card. If there is no balance, the student will receive their refund on their BSC Beyond Card.  

Textbook Rental Agreement

By signing the rental agreement at the register, the customer agrees to the following:

Rented textbooks must be returned to the BSC Bookstore by the date specified or by the Friday of finals week of the current semester.

Online students will be allowed five extra business days for shipping time.

Rental books not returned by one week after the due date will be considered lost, and assessed the rental price of a new textbook.

Lost, severely damaged or destroyed books are subject to charge equal to the full retail price of the rented book.

These policies are not flexible and all rental customers will be held to the same penalties.
